The Nextbit Robin is a phone that’s focused on the cloud, and while its original iteration was built specifically for GSM-based networks, it’s expanded quite a bit. Specifically, on September 17, Nextbit announced that the Robin supports Verizon Wireless, and that when the phone releases in early 2016, backers will have the ability to choose which option they want. That will extend to Sprint now, too, as Nextbit has announced that the Robin now supports the Now Network as well. Backers of the successful Kickstarter project will be able to select the GSM or CDMA device at a later date. Now that Nextbit is expanding to other carriers, with AT&T and T-Mobile, along with international carriers, already supported, it’s looking more and more promising for Nextbit and their first smartphone. Do you plan on picking up a Robin?
