Earlier this week, alleged dimensions and some key specs of the LG’s upcoming Nexus made their way on the Internet. That leak, however, did not show the Nexus 5 in flesh or gave us an idea about the handset will look. Today though, uSwitch and @onleaks, have posted renders of the Nexus 5 (2015) based on the factory schematics obtained by them. The renders show that the Nexus 5 (2015) will feature a fingerprint scanner that is located on the back, right below the protruding camera module.
The renders also show the presence of front-facing stereo speakers on the front and a USB Type-C port on the bottom of the device. Sadly, the renders don’t reveal the full specifications of the handset, which have remained a mystery until now. Keep in mind that since the above renders are based on a factory schematics, it is entirely possible that the final design of the Nexus 5 is significantly different from what is shown above. However, the location of the ports, camera, and other components will likely remain the same. Google is expected to unveil two new Nexus devices this year: one from Huawei with a 5.7-inch screen; and another from LG featuring a 5.2-inch screen. The devices are expected to be unveiled in September this year along with Android M.
