There’s not much else we can learn about the device from what is posted in the FCC. The diagram (above) has a tweaked shape, but we don’t know anything about its specs. For all we know, it could be an updated version of the original Shield, but our money is on a proper sequel: a Shield 2. If Nvidia wants to turn heads with this model, it needs to pack in more powerful hardware, namely the Tegra K1. ‘d expect to see a 1080p display, too. Most of all, the company needs to reduce the bulk of the Shield controller/console, as the original was rather heavy bulky. l we know now is that the new model, with a new model number, has a slightly different shape passed all its FCC regulations for radio frequency emissions. ‘ll probably hear more about this model from Nvidia soon, perhaps at the E3 expo next week?
